Hot, fresh, generous portion size - 10/10 as always!

Couldn’t get any better

Beef dripping cooking mostly fish and chips has changed or similar as now cant eat without reaction to what I know to be vegetable oil, ie rapeseed oil and from start of mealzo deliverys till latest its got worse in a shop that i had no issue with. I think frying more side orders that folks add for home deliveries rather than when visiting for fish and chips. Ive never left a chip or bit of anything bought from Jim jacks, until home deliveries. Sadly one that received when visited was below normal standard and gave new owners a pass as just taken over. Sadly its got worse and now wint order again as uneatabke Something needs done as shop not interested and blamed me! Not good business practice

Excellent

Fantastic quality fish and chips, the batter is light and fish fresh, gluten free option is very much welcome

food was look warm waited 95 mins on the order when told at time of ordering it would be 50 mins. Have used this chip shop for some years and it continues to go down hill. We need to move back to Genarros
